The Indian School of Business has unveiled a sweeping package of long-term strategic initiatives to commemorate its silver jubilee milestone, focusing on expanding financial access and upgrading academic infrastructure across the country. As part of the rollout, the institution has committed to funding 250 annual scholarships while setting up a dedicated national platform for research development.

The newly introduced financial support mechanism, designated as the ISB25 Scholars Programme, spans across the institution's flagship Post Graduate Programme in Management alongside the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders. Under this framework, successful applicants will receive tuition fee waivers scaled at 100%, 50%, 30%, and 25% determined through a comprehensive merit-cum-need evaluation process.

Leadership at the institution noted that the scholarship scheme is intended to diversify the student community by drawing high-potential candidates from varied economic backgrounds, geographic regions, and professional domains. By minimizing financial barriers, the school aims to broaden entry pathways into elite business education for deserving candidates.

Alongside the expansion of student aid, the institution announced the establishment of the India Research Commons. This centralized digital initiative will function as a collaborative national platform, providing scholars nationwide with seamless access to structured datasets, advanced analytical tools, methodological guidance, and modern artificial intelligence-enabled research frameworks.

Complementing the research platform, a nationwide faculty development initiative is set to launch to share the business school's core pedagogy, classroom practices, and technology-driven teaching methodologies with other management learning centres across India. Officials emphasized that this effort is designed to elevate overall teaching capacity and institutional effectiveness throughout the domestic academic network.

Reflecting on the silver jubilee milestone, senior administration officials stated that the comprehensive roadmap seeks to transform two and a half decades of institutional growth into accessible public goods. The strategy aims to ensure that high standards of academic excellence, shared knowledge assets, and advanced research tools remain readily available to scholars and institutions nationwide.

These anniversary declarations follow several progressive steps undertaken by the management school in recent years to stay aligned with shifting industry requirements and learner demographics. With campuses operating in Hyderabad and Mohali, the institution continues to adjust its programmatic offerings and academic support systems to foster a robust ecosystem for future business leaders.
