Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE has announced a specialized festive dining programme at its all-day restaurant, CUR8, spanning two prominent regional celebrations this October. The property will host themed culinary events honoring both Durga Puja and Mysuru Dussehra.

The dual-festival arrangement bridges eastern and southern culinary traditions, offering diners in the city an opportunity to experience distinct regional heritage through specialized menus. The initiative reflects a broader hospitality trend in metropolitan centres where hotels curate hyper-local festive offerings to cater to both resident diaspora and regional food enthusiasts.

Led by Chef de Cuisine Soham Dhar, the Durga Puja segment is scheduled as a series of dinners running from October 17 to October 19. Titled 'Kolkata on Your Plate', the menu draws heavily from the chef's upbringing in West Bengal. Diners can access several live food counters alongside standard dishes.

The offerings for the Bengali celebration include traditional staples such as Kosha Mangsho, Cholar Dal, and Basanti Pulao. Specialized counters feature a Pandal Chaat Counter, Thakur Bari Rannaghor preparations, a Kolkata Fish Fry Station, and an interactive Bengali Grill Counter. Seafood selections encompass Bhapa Ilish and Chingri Malai Curry, while a dedicated dessert station highlights regional confections including Rosogolla, Mishti Doi, Mihidana, Pantua, and Kheer Kadam.

Following the three-day Bengali showcase, the restaurant will shift focus to local state heritage with a Mysuru Dussehra lunch on October 20. This afternoon service draws inspiration from the culinary customs associated with the Wodeyar dynasty and the Mysore Palace celebrations.

The Karnataka-focused menu incorporates regional preparations such as Mylari Dosa, Benne Dosa, Bisi Bele Bhaat, Maddur Vada, Mangalore Buns, and Bamboo Biryani. Traditional sweets and celebratory dishes rounding out the buffet include Obbattu, Chiroti, and Mysore Pak.

Table reservations and further details for both dining events are being handled directly through the hotel's hospitality desk. The temporary menus conclude the property's scheduled October festive calendar.
